Well dream no further! The Mini Present Romper in Blue Holiday Tartan and Poinsettia Red Plaid is here to save the day for busy parents everywhere!

Available in our signature soft, but thicker weight Rayon from Bamboo, cotton blend in this custom Blue Holiday Tartan print and Poinsettia Red Plaid, this unisex Romper has all the ease of the mama bear version or papa bear version, with a few extra bells and whistles. There are leg snaps on Rompers up to 2T to make diaper changes a breeze!

PRE-ORDERS

Some of our more popular items (did I hear someone shout rompers?!) may be out of stock and currently unavailable and are therefore only available as pre-ordered items. You are able to order and pay for your item but it won't be shipped to you for 1-12 weeks depending on demand. Our products are made locally, in Vancouver, B.C, where the factories are much smaller than those found elsewhere round the world and can only handle small volumes. We really appreciate your patience and promise that it's worth the wait.

If the item you wish to purchase is for pre-order only, the estimated delivery time will be displayed on the purchase button before you add the product to the cart.

SALE ITEMS

Discounted sale prices are offered on marked and in stock items only during that particular sale period and only on the products advertised in that particular sale.

We will not refund the sale discount amount on any previous purchases. Sale prices are available whilst inventory permits only.

All items marked as final sale are not eligible for any refund or exchange on that particular product. Once it's yours, it's yours!

Your order will be shipped when all other items in your order, including any pre-order items, are ready and available to ship.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY ROMPER?

For the majority of our rompers, excluding limited edition, seasonal items, we use an incredibly soft and high quality fabric that is 66% Rayon from Bamboo, 28% Cotton and 6% Spandex. 

Although the fabric experts say you should wash cold and can tumble dry, some dryers are a girl’s best frenemy! Sure they make life easy, but they can be super hard on your clothes! To be on the safe side, we recommend washing in cool and lay flat to dry. Be sure not to hang it, as the weight of the item may stretch and pull it down.

How do you keep your romper silky smooth? Fabric pilling can be prevented to some extent by proper washing and care. Try washing your romper inside out and on a shorter wash cycle with gentle agitation.

And a reminder, just because the fabric is expensive, does not mean that it’s made of steel. It will snag or tear if you aren’t careful. So be sure to take good care of your romper, and yourself – cause both are amazing!

SHIPPING

All orders with with a shipping address in North America, will receive FREE standard shipping regardless of your package size! For priority services and all International orders - shipping will be calculated based on the shipping distance and size of package.

Heads up! Shipping time does not include processing time and your order will be sent out when all items are available! If one item is pre-ordered, we will ship out once all of your cart is good to go!

A note about International orders using Small Packet International Air:

Whilst this service is very economical, it does not offer tracking or insurance information so please be aware that it may take up to 84 Business Days for delivery. We therefore encourage you to select Tracked Packet or Xpress Post if possible as you will receive your purchase a lot sooner. 

ADDITIONAL CHARGES

Duties and taxes vary upon country. If you place an order online, you will be responsible for all duties, taxes and customs charges once the package has arrived in the destination country. 

ROUTE+ PACKAGE PROTECTION

We offer an optional insurance coverage for your package called Route+. When you purchase coverage for your package, you will be insured if the package is lost, damaged or stolen! , learn more about it HERE


OUR RETURNS POLICY

Purchases made between November 1 - December 17, 2020, will be eligible for an extended return policy and will have until January 15, 2021 for returns and exchanges. Learn more here

However, we know it can be tricky ordering things online so are pleased to offer free returns and exchanges using our returns website to help you find the perfect fit.

All items reduced in price by 50% or higher are final sale - we will not offer any refund or exchanges on that particular product. Once it's yours, it's yours! Read more about our sale terms here.

You have 30 days after your item is shipped to have it back in Smash + Tess’ hands. Once you submit your request you will be provided with a Canada Post shipping label to fix to your package and drop at your local post office.

All returns MUST be in 100% new condition, unworn with all the original tags in place. Please ensure that the clothing is packaged safely, as we cannot accept damaged returns. Once we have received your return item, we will then either exchange it, refund your credit card or issue you with a store credit gift card for the charges within 7 business days.
