PRE-ORDERS

Some of our more popular items (did I hear someone shout rompers?!) may be out of stock and currently unavailable and are therefore only available as pre-ordered items. You are able to order and pay for your item but it won't be shipped to you for 1-12 weeks depending on demand. Our products are made locally, in Vancouver, B.C, where the factories are much smaller than those found elsewhere round the world and can only handle small volumes. We really appreciate your patience and promise that it's worth the wait.

If the item you wish to purchase is for pre-order only, the estimated delivery time will be displayed on the purchase button before you add the product to the cart.

SALE ITEMS

Discounted sale prices are offered on marked and in stock items only during that particular sale period and only on the products advertised in that particular sale.

We will not refund the sale discount amount on any previous purchases. Sale prices are available whilst inventory permits only.

All items marked as final sale are not eligible for any refund or exchange on that particular product. Once it's yours, it's yours!

Your order will be shipped when all other items in your order, including any pre-order items, are ready and available to ship.

SHIPPING

All orders with a shipping address in Canada and the United States, will receive FREE standard shipping on orders over $99. Orders under $99 will be charged a flat rate of $10. For priority services and all International orders - shipping will be calculated based on the shipping distance and size of package.

Heads up! Shipping time does not include processing time and your order will be sent out when all items are available! If one item is pre-ordered, we will ship out once all of your cart is good to go!

A note about International orders using Small Packet International Air:

Whilst this service is very economical, it does not offer tracking or insurance information so please be aware that it may take up to 84 Business Days for delivery. We therefore encourage you to select Tracked Packet or Xpress Post if possible as you will receive your purchase a lot sooner. 

ADDITIONAL CHARGES

Duties and taxes vary upon country. If you place an order online, you will be responsible for all duties, taxes and customs charges once the package has arrived in the destination country. 

ROUTE+ PACKAGE PROTECTION

We offer an optional insurance coverage for your package called Route+. When you purchase coverage for your package, you will be insured if the package is lost, damaged or stolen! , learn more about it HERE

OUR RETURNS POLICY

We hope that you feel warm and fuzzy about your purchase from Smash + Tess and are strutting around your home right now rocking your favorite look! However, we know it can be tricky ordering things online so are pleased to offer free returns and exchanges using our returns website to help you find the perfect fit.  Shipping fees are not refundable. 

All items reduced in price by 50% or higher are final sale - we will not offer any refund or exchanges on that particular product. Once it's yours, it's yours! Read more about our sale terms here.

You have 30 days after your item is shipped to have it back in Smash + Tess’ hands. Once you submit your request you will be provided with a Canada Post shipping label to fix to your package and drop at your local post office.

All returns MUST be in 100% new condition, unworn with all the original tags in place. Please ensure that the clothing is packaged safely, as we cannot accept damaged returns. Once we have received your return item, we will then either exchange it, refund your credit card or issue you with a store credit gift card for the charges within 7 business days.

Not as amazing as the longer version but still awesome!

I love the Rebecca dress, and bought the long sleeve /long version in the winter. So when I saw this cut for summer I was super excited! I got my same size, but with the skirt being shorter it pulls in a little bit of an unflattering way so I wish I would have sized up in this style! Still an adorable dress that is cute for work or just running errands.

Comfy and Flattering

This is my second Rebecca wrap dress. Very comfortable and super flattering. I'm pear shaped and went for the bigger size recommended in the size guide for room around the bum and hips, so the top is a bit loose but to be expected. Love the thickness of the material and the stretch. Can be dressed up or casual depending on shoes and accessories!

Perfect dress for work

I love the Rebecca wrap dress. I have the long sleeve, longer version in two colours, it is just that flattering and comfortable. When I saw the mini version I was intrigued but not sure. After a few days of considering I jumped in. I’m really glad I did. It’s very comfortable, flattering and not too short at all. In fact it’s perfect for summer. I wore it to an outdoor event at work with some light coloured sneaks and it was perfect. So many compliments!
