OUR RETURNS POLICY
We hope that you feel warm and fuzzy about your purchase from Smash + Tess and are strutting around your home right now rocking your favorite look! However, we know it can be tricky ordering things online so are pleased to offer free returns and exchanges using our returns portal to help you find the perfect fit.
All items reduced in price by 50% or higher are final sale - we will not offer any refund or exchanges on that particular product. Once it's yours, it's yours! Read more about our sale terms here.
You have 21 days after your item is shipped to have it back in Smash + Tess’ hands. Once you submit your request you will be provided with a Canada Post shipping label to fix to your package and drop at your local post office.

All returns MUST be in 100% new condition, unworn with all the original tags in place. Please ensure that the clothing is packaged safely, as we cannot accept damaged returns. Once we have received your return item, we will then either exchange it, refund your credit card or issue you with a store credit gift card for the charges within 7 business days.

HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY
'Tis almost the gifting season, so Smash + Tess will be keeping it merry and bright by offering an extended return policy for the Holiday Gifting Period! Purchases made between November 15 - December 23, 2019 will be eligible for the extended policy.
Unworn and unwashed items that have their tags attached ONLY will be accepted for return or exchange up until January 15, 2020. All items must be in 100% new condition to qualify for either return or exchange.
BRIDAL PACKAGE RETURN POLICY
You have 21 days after your order has shipped to have it back in Smash + Tess’ hands. All returns must be in 100% new condition, unworn with the tags attached. If you are ordering Rompers ahead of the big day, please email bridal@smashtess.com to coordinate an extended return policy.
Please note, there may be a wait time for exchanges of pre-order items, so be sure to keep that in mind when ordering!
OUR SHIPPING COSTS
We hope to be big enough one day to cover the cost of shipping, but alas – we are just not there yet! Shipping will be calculated based on the shipping distance and size of package.
However, until Christmas, all orders with with a shipping address in North America, will receive FREE standard shipping regardless of your package size!
Heads up! Shipping time does not include processing time and your order will be sent out when all items are available! If one item is pre-ordered, we will ship out once all of your cart is good to go!
A note about International orders using Small Packet International Air:
Whilst this service is very economical, it does not offer tracking or insurance information so please be aware that it may take up to 84 Business Days for delivery. We therefore encourage you to select Tracked Packet or Xpress Post if possible as you will receive your purchase a lot sooner.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES
Duties and taxes vary upon country. If you place an order online, you will be responsible for all duties, taxes and customs charges once the package has arrived in the destination country.
