What is the Perfectly Imperfect FLASH Sale?
Our commitment to our #smashtessfam is of the utmost importance, and we conduct a thorough quality check process for each and every piece before it’s shipped out. Due to the nature of our fabrics, we find a different coloured thread, small ball of thread, or a small hole on the garment from time to time, and pull it off the production line. These one-offs are very minimal, but they allow us to offer a deep discount to our customers, minimizing our footprint by ensuring all styles find a much loved place in our #smashtessfams wardrobes!
We normally offer these items in-person in Vancouver twice a year, however, due to COVID-19, this year we’ve decided to offer it online for all of our #smashtessfam.
What are your sale terms?
ALL ITEMS IN THIS SALE ARE CONSIDERED A FINAL SALE AND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.
Can I use promo codes on these styles?
Our ongoing promotional codes, such as newsletter sign up codes, are only valid on full price items. All sale items are excluded from any additional discounts.
Can I see a photo of the imperfection on my item?
Unfortunately, we’re unable to show each imperfection, however, we’ve included a few images of common imperfections below, please see the imperfection beside the coloured sticker:
How long will the sale last?
We don’t expect this sale to last too long, so be sure to complete checkout as soon as possible to guarantee your order. The last time we held this sale it sold out in 4 minutes! Once all of the items are gone, they are gone. There won’t be any replenishments.
There is only a limited number of items and they are only available in the sizes listed on respective product pages.
How will I receive my item?
Your order will be shipped via Expedited Shipping and can take up to 10 Business Days to be processed and shipped. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can anticipate delivery. Please note, your order will be wrapped in tissue, but will not include a signature Smash + Tess tote bag.
Will my items be held if they are in my cart?
No, due to system limitations, orders are only guaranteed if you complete checkout before items have sold through. If an item in your cart has sold out, you will be notified before checkout is complete. In rare cases, some orders may be processed at the same time and a team member will reach out to let you know if we are unable to fulfill an item from your order.
Will I be able to purchase full-price items at the same time?
Yes! You’ll be able to add both sale items and full-price items to your cart at checkout. Please note, if you select an item that is on pre-order, your entire order will be held until the pre-ordered item is available to ship.
Do all your items fit the same?
Each of our designs have different styles and materials, therefore each item can fit differently. Be sure to check our visual size guide and size chart for more information on fit and materials.
