Shipping & Returns

OUR SHIPPING COSTS

We hope to be big enough one day to cover the cost of shipping, but alas – we are just not there yet! Shipping will be calculated based on the shipping distance and size of package.

However, all orders over $150, before tax, will receive FREE standard shipping regardless of your location or package size!

Heads up! Shipping time does not include processing time and your order will be sent out when all items are available! If one item is pre-ordered, we will ship out once all of your cart is good to go!

HOLIDAY SHIPPING

Due to the recent Canada Post strikes we are unable to give guaranteed last shipping dates for the holidays this year. We advise placing your order before Tuesday 11th December to give plenty of time for the parcel to arrive.

After this date there is still a good chance your parcel will arrive in time for the holidays but there is no guarantee.

For Canada, depending on your location, the standard shipping time is 3-5 business days on the West Coast, for the East Coast that time window could extend to 10 days.

For International Orders outside of Canada, the standard shipping time is 10 business days.

OUR RETURNS POLICY

We hope that you feel warm and fuzzy about your purchase from Smash + Tess and are strutting around your home right now rocking your favorite look! However, if you would like to return an item, please be sure to fill out the return portion of the packing slip and send back to us along with your item(s).

You have 15 days after receiving your shipment to have it back in Smash + Tess’ hands. All returns MUST be in 100% new condition, unworn with all the original tags in place. Please ensure that the clothing is packaged safely, as we cannot accept damaged returns. Once we have received your return item, we will then either exchange it or refund your credit card for the charges. Please note, Smash + Tess is not responsible for the shipping charges, either on the initial delivery or return.

HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY

'Tis almost the gifting season, so Smash + Tess will be keeping it merry and bright by offering an extended return policy for the Holiday Gifting Period! Purchases made between October 15 - December 24, 2018 will be eligible for the extended policy.

Unworn and unwashed items that have their tags attached ONLY will be accepted for return or exchange up until January 15, 2019 All items must be in 100% new condition with the return slip filled out.

BRIDAL PACKAGE RETURN POLICY

You have 15 days after receiving your shipment to have it back in Smash + Tess’ hands. All returns must be in 100% new condition, unworn with the tags attached. If you are ordering Rompers ahead of the big day, please email bridal@smashtess.com to coordinate an extended return policy.

Please note, there may be a wait time for exchanges of pre-order items, so be sure to keep that in mind when ordering!
