We offer Free Shipping on all orders in Canada and the US, but if you're worried about timing, we've put together this handy chart to help you plan your purchase!
Shipping time does not include processing time and your order will be sent out when all items are available! If one item is pre-ordered, we will ship out once all of your cart is good to go!

Introducing our first virtual shopping service! This service is by-appointment only, and will allow you to chat to our S+T Stylist about all things fit from the comfort of your own home. That’s right... this is gonna be EASY and stress-free! Just send us an email at email@example.com and our stylists will find the best date and time for you to chat!
Local to vancouver, bc?
Place an online order between December 14th-23rd, and select local pick-up for pick up in person from our warehouse in Richmond, BC. We will send you details of how and where to collect your item by email after the order has been placed.
This local pick up option is perf if you're a last minute shopper - and if that last minute shopper is your guy, you better send him this link!

HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY
'Tis the gifting season, so Smash + Tess will be keeping it merry and bright by offering an extended return policy for the Holiday Gifting Period! Purchases made between November 1 - December 17, 2020 will be eligible for the extended policy.
Unworn and unwashed items that have their tags attached ONLY will be accepted for return or exchange up until January 15, 2021. All items must be in 100% new condition to qualify for either return or exchange.
Please note: If you choose local pick up as your shipping option you will be unable to complete free returns online; you will need to drop your return item back at the warehouse by January 15th.
